San Ignacio

San Ignacio is a specialty coffee from Finca El Morito in Cajamarca, Peru, grown through a cooperative of over 50 family farms, with a focus on quality, sustainability, and community support.

Finca El Morito is located in the San José de Lourdes district of San Ignacio Province, Cajamarca region, northern Peru. It is not a single farm but a network of neighboring family-owned farms spanning about 150 hectares. The project is led by David Flores, a third‑generation producer and General Manager, who coordinates production, quality improvements, and community development with more than 50 producer families
