This lot is comprised of coffee from 648 smallholder farmers who are local to Refisa washing station. Farmers typically have a small area of land and cultivate heirloom varieties with the local names Wolisho and Kurume at altitudes between 1,800 and 1,970masl.
We recommend 1 gram of coffee to 16 grams water for the best result.
